Facilitation Services
Small Meeting Facilitation
When you need to foster group cooperation and coordination, or solve a simple problem, good facilitation is the key. We can keep people on time and on topic, making sure everyone participates and no one takes over.
Large Group Facilitation
When groups number more than 20 to upwards of 500, a different approach is needed. Such large groups may involve stakeholders at Town Hall meeting and other public forums. Or you may be working on a project that involves other departments and field offices. In both cases, we can manage the project, track participation and ensure you get balanced input from all key groups.
Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Negotiation
Diagnostic tools help assess disputes and design a plan for their resolution.  Implementation takes a systems approach to prevent or minimize future disputes, especially recurring ones. Mediation involves third-party assistance in settling or resolving disputes when it is difficult or impossible for disputants to work together directly. Consensus Systems also coaches clients on negotiations they are conducting by joining them at negotiations or consults with you between negotiation sessions.
